  • Custom and Handmade Items: Each piece is handmade with care and attention to detail. Variations in color, size, and design are natural and not considered defects.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • Photos of the damaged or defective item

We will assess the situation and, if deemed appropriate, provide a replacement or refund.
